Multiple Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerabilities in Docebo

Docebo is prone to multiple cross-site scripting vulnerabilities because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input. An attacker may leverage these issues to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This may help the attacker steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.

Cross-Site Scripting in Docebo

Docebo is prone to a cross-site scripting vulnerability because it fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied input. An attacker may leverage this issue to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This can allow the attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.

DoceboLMS Multiple Remote File-Include Vulnerabilities

DoceboLMS is prone to multiple remote file-include vulnerabilities. These issues are due to a failure in the application to properly sanitize user-supplied input. An attacker can exploit these issues to include an arbitrary remote file containing malicious PHP code and execute it in the context of the webserver process. This may allow the attacker to compromise the application and the underlying system; other attacks are also possible.

Docebo LMS <= v4.0.4 (messages) remote code execution exploit

DoceboLMS is a SCORM compliant Open Source Cloud E-Learning platform used in corporate, government and education markets. The application allows a superadministrator to inject and execute arbitray SQL into the backend database via an insert statment. Additionally, the application allows a low privlidged attacker (student or higher) to upload/inject php code by creating a message attachment and sending it to a nonexistent user.

DoceboLMS 4.0.4 Multiple Stored XSS Vulnerabilities

DoceboLMS suffers from multiple stored XSS vulnerabilities pre and post auth. Input thru the POST parameters 'name', 'code' and 'title' in index.php is not sanitized allowing the attacker to execute HTML code into user's browser session on the affected site. URI based XSS vulnerabilities are also present.

Docebo Suite <= 3.5.0.3 (lib.regset.php/non-blind) SQL injection exploit

Docebo Suite is vulnerable to a SQL injection vulnerability in the lib.regset.php/non-blind script. This vulnerability allows an attacker to inject arbitrary SQL commands and gain access to the database. The bug was found by EgiX and works with Mysql >= 4.1 and PHP 5.X. It can be exploited to perform credentials disclosure.

Docebo 3.6.0.2 (stable) Local File Inclusion

Docebo 3.6.0.2 (stable) is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted HTTP request containing directory traversal characters (e.g. '../') to the vulnerable server. This can allow the attacker to read sensitive files from the server.
