Request Tracker SQL Injection Vulnerability

Request Tracker is prone to an SQL-injection vulnerability because it fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied input before using it in an SQL query. Exploiting this issue could allow an attacker to compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit latent vulnerabilities in the underlying database.

Mitigation:

Input validation should be used to ensure that untrusted data is not used to construct SQL queries in a way that would allow an attacker to modify the logic of the executed query.
