Jbook SQL Injection Vulnerability

Jbook is vulnerable to an SQL injection vulnerability due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data before using it in an SQL query. Exploiting this vulnerability could allow an attacker to compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit latent vulnerabilities in the underlying database. An example of exploiting this vulnerability is by providing the following input: User: admin, Pass: ' or '1'='1.

Mitigation:

Input validation should be used to ensure that user-supplied data is properly sanitized before being used in an SQL query.
