osTicket Multiple Input-Validation Vulnerabilities

osTicket is prone to multiple input-validation vulnerabilities including multiple cross-site scripting vulnerabilities, an open-redirection vulnerability, and multiple SQL-injection vulnerabilities. An attacker may leverage these issues to perform spoofing and phishing attacks, to steal cookie-based authentication credentials, compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit latent vulnerabilities in the underlying database and execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site.

Mitigation:

Ensure that input is properly sanitized and validated before being used in the application.
