Pre Survey Generator is prone to an SQL-injection vulnerability because it fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied data. A successful exploit may allow an attacker to compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit latent vulnerabilities in the underlying database. An example of an attack is the following URL: http://www.example.com/poll/default.asp?catid=1+union+select+0,password+from+users--

Mitigation:

Input validation should be used to ensure that untrusted data is not used to construct dynamic SQL queries.
